Shipping & Returns


Standard registered shipping within Australia is $12 per 2 bags, and $15 for 3 or more bags. All international shipping is currently $45. We hope to bring you more international shipping options in Skipping Girl's next phase. 

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Please provide an address where someone will be available to accept the delivery – business addresses are preferable. All international deliveries will need to be signed for, so please make sure you provide an appropriate address.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order payment is received in full and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched.

Local deliveries will be delivered by Australia post or Fastway Couriers.

International deliveries will be sent using Registered International Post. Transit time is between 3-10 working days from time of dispatch. This may vary depending on the shipping destination.


All international deliveries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.


Returns must be:

– Made within 3 days from date of receipt of purchase

– Unused and in the original packaging including dustbag and tags

We will refund your purchase within 7 days of receiving the return. Refunds are issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. If you’d like to be refunded through a different method, please contact us at shop@skippinggirl.com. If the product was ordered with a gift voucher or promotional voucher, we reserve the right to refund any amounts due to you by issuing you a voucher to the value of the order.

Please note: We do not accept returns for sale items that have been reduced by more than 25%, so please choose carefully.


In the rare circumstance that your item has a fault, please send it back to us and we will send you a replacement item. If we are out of stock, our customer service team will call you to give you the option of receiving shop credit or a refund.


Ownership and risk of damage in the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.
